Express Services Center at Al-Wasel Petrol Station near Golf Course. Services center forthe TOYOTA & LEXUS costumers, total Cost of the project 15 Million, the projects consists of three parts as following:
Workplace bays with hydraulic lifts for car services. Reception Area, which is administrations costumer services area. Parking Area, which is designed to contain the costumers cars, and the cars have been serviced and waiting to be received by the costumers.

Full Survey & Statutory Compliance For AAB Premises
The projects include all the properties of AAB which base to have full document for the all buildings such as, drawings, legal permits, policy plans, land deed..etc.
Lexus Parking Shades
Parking shades for the Lexus sales department, this parking cover all the cars which will be delivered to the costumers beside the main showroom at AAB Tower.
Lexus VIP Costumer Offices
New offices would be added for the main showroom and the old two glasses room will be removed, at AAB Tower.
File Room Extension & Metal Gate Transfer
The project includes centralized archive\store in the basement of AAB Tower to cater for all working department. And the job also including creating safe cages for new vehicles.
Land Mark Express Service Center New extension for the existing Express Center beside Land Mark Mall. The project consists of
Three new work bays to be added to the existing workshop.
Change the place of the Guard Room. Adding 6 parking shade beside the new work bays .This shade is used as working bays.
Call Centre at AAB Tower New offices for Call Centre Department at AAB Tower in first floor. The project consists of Open space for workstation offices of Call Centre. Two Meetings Room along with Reception Area. Modification of the Server Room.
Responsibilities:
Direct and manage project from beginning to end.
Ensuring all relevant safety objectives and legal requirements are observed. Interpreting clients' requirements, identifying and addressing design parameters and engineering problems and ensuring solutions are implemented.
Ensuring all justifications for contractual variations during projects is maintained to support subsequent project claims.
Evaluating, organizing and prioritizing work within the overall project schedule.to make sure that each stage of the project is progressing on time, on budget and to the right quality standards .
Negotiating with contractors and suppliers for materials and services to resolve issues ,and approve the projects material
Reporting regularly (weekly, monthly) on progress to General Manager
Monitoring cost and schedule performance against the approved performance measurement baseline,
Participating in Steering Committee meetings and decisions .to Minimize the risks on project
Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.
Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
Determine appropriate revenue recognition, ensure timely and accurate invoicing, and monitor receivables for project.
Meet with contractors and consultants in a professional manner and have the ability to communicate effectively both the concerns and best interests of the company. And attend the progress meetings.
Coordinate, manage and communicate with all subcontractors if needs. Deal with problems such as delivery, labor, schedule and payment disputes.
