Future Bright is a group of several of my classmates from UCLA, with whom I collaborate on design projects. We designed and built large installations for Burning Men 2011 and 2013.

Responsible for shepherding dozens of projects from initial designs to RTI and through construction. Wide range of projects: residential additions/renovations new-construction houses, condominium buildings, duplexes, triplexes, multi-acre mixed use, commercial renovations, indoor farming building. Extensive experience with Planning departments and their procedures in LA (especially Venice), Santa Monica, some experience with West Hollywood, Culver City. Extensive experience with plan check for building permits in LA, Santa Monica.
As-built measurements and drawings, code research, project management, construction documents, modelmaking, rendering. Putting projects out to bid for General Contractors. Responding to RFIs during construction. Spreadsheets for Density Bonus calculations. Coordination with many types of consultants (structural, MEP engineers, land-use, acoustical, traffic, etc.) Organizing and presenting for community meetings, planning hearings, Neighborhood Council meetings, etc.)
Davis Partnership Architects, Denver, CO, US, Architectural Intern
At Davis Partnership, I worked on every aspect of architectural production for a wide variety of projects. I drafted construction documents in AutoCAD, made physical models, made renderings, measured existing buildings for as-built drawings, did some graphic design, a little bit of IT work, and worked on programming a large hospital for many months. I coordinated with engineers and contractors, and participated in many other administrative tasks.
Projects included the new wing of the Denver Art Museum; Portneuf Medical Center in Pocatello, Idaho; 1600 Glenarm, a 30-story office-tower-to-apartment conversion in downtown Denver; many medical office buildings and smaller hospitals, small bank branches, houses, other apartment buildings, et c.
