New arbor court is a four tower housing complex located in downtown Ann Arbor. Primarily constructed of cross laminated timber (CLT), the building’s massing is designed in such a way to maximize light into the private courtyard.

The studio project was pushed to a comprehensive level of design. Included are diagrams which explicitly detail room distribution, circulation, unit types, and the CLT structural system. Also included are detailed sections which contain information regarding how material connections, the building envelope, and the fenestration system Works within the project.
