Residential Renovations and New Building Construction

Designed and expedited two new-construction Hampton homes and swimming pools and an exclusive and unique timber construction club house in upstate NY. Projects ranged from 3,000 sf to 6,000 sf. Responsible for all drawing sets at every necessary stage of the process.

Managed a team of four project architects in this design-build architecture office. Project Architect to three residential full-gut renovations ranging from 2000sf - 5,000 sf. Collaborated with trades in a hands-on experience for face-paced production. Lead designer of award winning high-end hen house, Chicken Co-Op NYC. Produced the initial design package promoting the Low Line to the NYC MTA.
