Doğubayazıt Hotel / Arcade Complex project is a mixed-use complex covering a construction area of 85,000 m2 in the city of Doğubayazıt, housing a wide range of functions such as a bazaar, restaurant, shops, hotel, amphitheater, wedding hall and a national garden. The main objective of the project is to contribute to the socio-economic development of the region, enhance its urban identity and promote tourism.

Architectural Concept

Doğubayazıt Hotel / Arcade Complex has a unique design that blends modern and traditional architectural elements. The facade of the building consists of natural stones of the region and wooden details. In this way, the project exhibits an approach that respects the cultural heritage of the region.

Parking: 80 vehicles will be parked in the open parking lot and 780 vehicles will be parked in the closed parking lot. In this way, the parking needs of the project will be met.
