I run my own design and consulting firm for residential additions, accessory dwelling units, custom homes and more recently multi family residences. I run and project manage the whole project from conceptualization to permit approval, invoicing of clients and contract write ups. I've worked with all kinds of consultants and cities throughout south california mostly. I have an in-depth knowledge of the CBC and can readily research and find any required code.

I help manage a high profile client with 2-multi million dollar projects within the firm (1 award winning). While managing both projects at a steady pace I have helped permit a variety of other R-3 additions and remodels. I help coordinate consultants, quotes for new projects & add services, draft, participate in renders & design
boards, help other production teams compile CD’s, submit projects going to DSD at city of San Diego. I helped create a small podcast for the firm & help train some of staff in Revit.

I helped convert the firm to Revit, I set the drawing standards & sheet templates, developed the CAD/Revit library, & helped with file organization. I developed and permitted a 21-unit MFR with affordable housing and have worked on a 9, 10 & 27 unit MFR’s + multiple custom homes. I visit DSD San Diego weekly to coordinate
plan checks, procure stamps & sign-offs, and navigate the permit process with consultants and city officials.
