Hub Retail and Office Development, Core and Shell New Construction: and Garage Renovation

Owner: Related Retail Company, 175,000 sf new ocre and shell construction for office and retail; and 165,000 sf parking garage renovation.  Project cost approximately $25 million.  Project management responsibilities included being point of contact wiht client and construction manager during construction documentation and construction administration.  Tasks included code reserch and verification, coordination with enfineering consultants (civil, stuctural, MEP, elevator, soils, and code expeditor) detoa; desomg. wrotmg specifications, and all aspects of construction administration from reviewing submittals, issuing bulletins, field coordination, to final punchlist.  Additional responsibilities included coordinating work with tenants' architects and contractore.  The project commenced in the fall of 2005 and was substantially completed in the fall of 2007.
