Carpenter Square was the winning design proposal selected by the Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority to transform an entire vacant block at 17th and Carpenter Streets. The project includes eleven 2,500 sf luxury Townhomes, six high-end Condos, and 2,000 sf commercial space flanked by a new public plaza.
The project was awarded LEED Gold certification by USGBC for the Townhomes and Energy Star certification for the Condo units. Each townhome includes environmentally-friendly features such as a green roof, stormwater planter, natural ventilation, energy efficient building envelope, and pervious paving.
