Working individually and designing a residential complex involved more than 200 residence units in Kish Island which is located in Persian Gulf in the South of Iran. This project was explored at 2 levels: initial study and design.
First we analyzed the given site in different aspects like roads,topography, landscapes, climate of Kish Island and access to the sea. Also we studied about standards of residential complexes. We had to choose a high-rise residential buliding and study its both structure and design methods and represent it using PowerPoint software.
In next step we presented our concepts and started to design according to gained information.
Conceptually, I used the landscape of the site as the main inspiration.
The relationship between greenbelt and buildings was converted into the gardens which were situated randomly among floors.
Block A with five floors,comprises 190 residence units while Block B with seven floors has 208 units in total.
