I am responsible for designing built-ins, major design features, and much more; as well as making finish and equipment selections for all of our current spec homes. As the first in-house designer for this builder, I often work independently, but love when I get to collaborate with the outsourced designers! It's a small company so I often find myself performing other tasks like graphic design, and here and there I get a retail project with full FF&E.

I was initially hired for a summer internship. During that time, I had the opportunity to help redesign our office, which is now my workspace. However, on a typical day, I was creating hand renders, both interior and exterior, as well as branding graphics, for our marketing department.
