Main Design Concept:

The design focuses on an environment of nurture and development such as it becomes a continuous timeline.  The continuous nature makes it equivalent of an educational Möbius strip in the middle of Muscat, Oman. 

Within this environment, there is no spatial separation between interior and exterior; it uses a cyclical nurture environment to connect different dimensional elements.  This results in an enclosed surface that lacks connection or boundary.  It is an unification of inward and outward and symbolizes that there is no boundaries between the assimilations of two civilizations.
