He believes it is important to learn something new everyday but with an acuity that often has him pause to ask why something is being done a particular way and if it could be done better. Involved in studio design charettes as well as client design sessions. Additionally use BIM (Revit) for production of both presentation and construction documents.

Introduced design team to Revit software package. Project coordinator for high-end single family residential projects in the Hamptons, New York. Worked daily on red-line drawing revisions and client meeting presentations.

Worked with BIM (Revit) and web-based management software to design, produce and manage construction documents for a broad range of projects. Program types included but were not limited to; single-family residential, religious, educational, mixed-use institutional and advanced animal care facilities.

FOURTH-YEAR DESIGN AWARDS
The Head and faculty, on the basis of their academic and design work, nominate students for Fourth-year Design Awards.
To be eligible, a student must:
- Be a fourth-year student in the School.
- Return for at least one full semester following the semester during which the winner is chosen.
- Have outstanding academic performance in design and other courses taken towards the professional degree.
- Have a minimum 3.00 design QPA and a minimum 3.00 overall QPA.
- Have no current academic actions on record.
- Have not previously competed for a fourth year design award.
The Fourth-Year Design Awards include: The Burdett Assistantship; The Luther S. Lashmit Award; The Louis F. Valentour Traveling Scholarship Fund; and The John Knox Shear Memorial Traveling Scholarship.
College Honors, Award
College Honors are awarded to students who have participated in the Fourth-year Design Awards. Students with College Honors will receive an honors cord to wear at commencement.
EPIC Metals Design Competition, 1st Place
A first place design for the EPIC Metal's Annual Design Competition. This particular competition was for a barge exhibition for a boat from the Lewis & Clark exhibition. The design was chosen for it's artistic merit, programmatic features and unique use of EPIC Metal Decking. Also included an academic merit scholarship of an undisclosed monetary amount.
