I am a graduate student at the University of Southern California majoring in Construction Management and will graduate in May.

During my time at USC, I took courses on estimating, scheduling, BIM, sustainable design, project accounting, corporate finance, real estate finance and investment and etc. The knowledge I have gained through construction and real estate courses has enhanced my capacity to perform a job such as the one you provided, and fostered a desire to apply my knowledge in a practical way. I studied Civil Engineering emphasizing on Structural Engineering during my undergraduate program. The mechanics courses I took gave me a good sense of how the structures are designed and built up to resist loads. I focus on both my education and gaining work experience. I was selected as one of the fifteen students to intern in different design institutes in Beijing when I was an undergraduate. As a CAD assistant I must draft and revise construction drawings of a commercial complex project. Besides, I interned with general contractors, which helped me understand the construction method in practical projects.

In addition to my professional experience, my part time job working as a student worker at Facility Management Services of USC has developed my ability of time management. The IT related work I was doing has equipped me with skills of troubleshooting, maintaining database, customer service and handling pressure.

I would be very glad to talk about my education, skills and experience. I might not be the person with rich experience at present, but as a fast-learner and person full of passion I believe that there is much more for me to learn and to explore.
