Jazz link is structured as adaptable reuse due to 
the existing structural system. Jazz Link is designed in such a way 
that the masses are divided to make it a part of the neighbourhood and its 
surrounding with new architectural style.
Keeping in mind the geography of the location, I have provided exhibition space entry on 
ground level for central avenue due to its low traffic volume . However, for broadstreet having high traffic volume I have provided facilities like a coffee bar and gift & bookstore at the ground level.
The Focal idea for this design is courtyard space that I Incorporated with overall circulation space. It also acts as a connecting point between exhibition spaces and other facilities. By providing 
a courtyard on the north-facing facade to separate connecting space from existing 
buildings, I also added similar green space which acts as a barrier between 
street level and jazz link.
I have provided Slant roof and glass facade to get the sunlight on the 
northern side of the exhibition space.
