This was a two week design project completed in a team of two for the summer community outreach design studio. The objective was to design a green home for Proctor, MN for under $150,000.

The city of Proctor, Minnesota has been influenced by the railroad industry. Manufacturing, warehousing, and construction are some of the main industries in the area. The goal for this Minnesota Green Home was to reflect on the history and work ethic of the city, while incorporating sustainability to create an easily constructed, affordable house with environmental stewardship in the front of our minds.
