2023 IIDA Emerging Leaders Program - Certificate of Completion, Other
Emerging Leaders is a ten month program developed for early to mid-level designers, each personally selected to participate by their firm. Each month there is a session led by an industry professional who is well experienced at the topic being discussed. The sessions aim to teach leadership skills and propel designers into the next stage of their career.
2022 Culture Committee Chair, Alliance Architects, Other
The Culture Committee's goal is to plan all company events for the calendar year, including the Christmas Party. The committee also reviews and takes on several philanthropy projects/events throughout the year. The role of Chair is to be responsible for making sure that each meeting is planned effectively, conducted according to the Bylaws and that matters are dealt with in an orderly, efficient manner. The Chairperson must make the most of his/her Committee members, building and leading the team.
