Comprehensive programming and interior design services for an existing downtown Houston commercial building. Work included renovations to the Amenities level including cafeteria, dining area, gaming zone, and fitness room totaling 16,000 SF. With a minor budget, previously underutilized areas were transformed into an engaging destination for employees by creating a fresh, vibrant design and new ways to engage within the space.
