My primary objectives were to design and develop the architectural projects of the office as a team leader, from the client meetings and the design proposals to the final architectural plan set and 3d visualization and rendering as well as the MEP design on projects with a wide typology variety: housing, industrial buildings, retal spaces, gas stations and several urban projects.
Along with those project developments, I was in charge of the social and environmental impact assessments, risk analysis for the gas stations, in-site work and construction supervision.

This job's objective was to collaborate in a team of 5 architects to develop the entire project of a corporate building nearing 60,000 sqft, including the MEP design and 3d visualization and rendering.

While studying and in my first months as an architect I started to collaborate with several architects, developing design proposals, 3d modeling and rendering, property appraisals, drone aided topographic surveys and the final architectural plan set and MEP design for housing, retail spaces, clinics and industrial buildings.
