The atelier emphasizes a commitment to executing creative concepts and FF&E selection of luxe materials as well as offering value-added project consulting services. The studio has extensive relationships with design houses and factories of Portugal, Italy, and Africa working with Marmomac, Assimagra, Egyptmar, and more.
In addition…RosannaRobin NCIDQ of ROSANNAROBIN atelier offers a full range of Architectural services including site surveys, construction documents, construction administration including RFPS and bid docs, etc… The studio also works in a design build capacity in conjunction with reputable General Contractors and construction professionals in the tri-sate area.
Rosanna Robin's focus is "moderne nouveau"- creating movement in a space through the use of architectural materials and finishes. Pay close attention to all planes-ceiling/walls/floors as they document a space's lifestyle as much as the interior furnishings. So why define a kitchen as a place to cook when it can be created with the intention as an artistic rendering of air, light, earth... a sensory and sensual foreplayish perception .... a place where friends /family engage, interact, react, and ... taste??
As the former Senior Design Consultant ( 3rd and 4th season) for HGTV’s Hidden Potential…Rosanna oversaw over 45 home designs throughout the US market. She researched sustainable materials for “green episodes” located in Portland, Oregon. Utilizing this knowledge and background , Rosanna likes to incorporate materials such as Palmwoven ( intricately woven walls made from felled coconut palms) and Dakotaburl (made from sunflower seed hisks) as architectural focal points within a room’s environment. Her passion lies in creating interesting details such as a “cascading recycled glass” island which can be viewed as a piece of art especially when underlit (or in its more traditional sense as a dining table.) Rosanna likes to create a vision by well…guess what this is….“shush…you can hear the roar! as the tumultuous cascade of the current takes gravity’s leap!!” Answer: a glass waterfall fabricated from inset tile.
A “Renaissance woman” with an eye for detail and a flair for style!!!
