EXPLORATIONS IN COB - the most fun project of all!
A resort/ recreation space owned and nurtured since 8 years by Capt. Sanat Bhate, Mr. Harshal Gore and Mr. Girish Adake.
The site has two waterfalls active for 4 months of the rainy season. The site development was entirely carried on by Capt. Bhate single-handedly since more than 10 years.
We got on as architects to design the built spaces for the projects in order to enable the people to enjoy the site and its beautiful natural environment to the fullest.
This is one project where we did not have to convince the client to build in mud but he was already convinced having seen mud structures through outthe world being a captain in the Merchant navy.
