Was a member of two person CA team. Under supervision of the Senior Project Architect, I managed all aspects of construction administration for the $85 million, 180,000sf St Jude Medical Center.

• Reviewed all submittals, deferred approvals, Shop Drawings, Medical Equipment, and FF&E
• Responded to RFIs
• Design completion – developed exterior and interior details, coordinated change orders with consultants
• OSHPD – prepared documents for OSHPD review, performed weekly field visits with OSHPD officials
• Management – consulted with contractor, project management team, and client to address and solve issues that arose
• Attended and wrote minutes for all Owner Architect Contractor meetings
• Additional tasks – database/network administration, and office duties.

Duties: Construction Administration - Was a member of the OSHPD team for all of the buildings.

• Reviewed Shop Drawings, submittals, Deferred Approvals, and medical equipment
• Responded to RFI’s, coordination with engineers and consultants.
• Developed additional details for exterior and interior conditions and completed interior and exterior design
• Prepared all OSHPD related documents for OSHPD review (change Orders, Deferred Approvals, IB’s, and Submittals)
• Assisted with review and coordination of seismic bracing submittals
• Worked with Contractor, project management team, and client to address and solve issues
