Roger J is currently an architectural designer located in New York City, NY working at the Ralph Lauren Corporation as a Junior Project Manager. Projects are largely international, and see the design process of luxury retail stores through from sketches to opening day.
Previously he worked at Ralph Lauren as a Space Planning Coordinator. The position expanded his knowledge of CAFM related software as well as unique planning scenarios that require contact with multiple vendors and strong time management skills.
He graduated with a B.S. in Architecture degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta, Georgia. During his time at school, he also earned a certificate in Engineering Psychology, studied abroad for a semester in Barcelona, Spain, and held an intern position at a local architecture firm, Sizemore Group.
Outside of the studio, Roger continued to stay involved by joining social, architecture, and education-focused organizations. He became a member of AIAS, NOMAS, and even the school marching band. By the end of his four years, he had held a position on three different executive boards, became a peer facilitator, and led as the student representative for the College of Architecture.
