Working with the design team and overseeing construction of projects ranging from a $50m residential complex in Watermill to the Topping Rose Inn & Spa in Bridgehampton to the complete renovation of a 30k sf townhouse on the Upper East Side. Client design meetings, coordination with extensive consultant teams, oversight of construction and preparation of design and construction documents.
