A passionate architect and urban designer with a keen interest in the multi-disciplinary nature of Architecture and Urbanism, I studied Architecture in India, where sustainability in design was emphasized, followed by Urban Design at Columbia University, New York. I had the opportunity to experience and examine issues in a multitude of scales, ultimately learning the importance of socially and environmentally sensitive approach to Architecture and Urbanism.
With experience gained globally, ranging from producing construction drawings, master planning a school campus and designing emergency shelters and safe public space for refugees around the world, exhibited in the United Nations, NY as part of the “Resilience by Design” conference, I am eager to continue experiencing a wide cross-section of work with a focus on improving the performance of the urban environment.
