Project Description:

· Reconfigure kitchen island layout
· Design recommendations for all materials/ lighting/ furniture etc.

· Seating for 6-9 for dining and additional 6-8 on the patio
· Hardwood flooring or Travertine tile in earth tones is desired.
· Warm butter yellows for wall treatment is implied, but clients are open to new possibilities.

· Reconfigure layout to best accommodate access of pantry/storage from kitchen/dining and entry of P.R. from entry hallway.
