rmb CREATIVE SOLUTIONS is the German freelance architecture brand of me, Ryan M. Bloom – a military spouse and US Licensed Architect living in the Rhineland-Pfalz region of Germany.

I endeavor to assist people, businesses, and brands enhance their environments to help them thrive. My project solutions aim for practical, efficient, and effective results achieved from the input of everyone involved. I do this through an attention to and balance of the detailed physical, emotional, and regulatory requirements of project stakeholders, developing clear and realistic project expectations, and by effectively managing and coordinating project clients, regulators, and team members.

• Pre-design – existing conditions documentation, organization of program and regulatory requirements, visioning and scope meetings
• Design – space planning, building and interior design, consultant coordination, SD/DD/CD documentation
• Construction Administration – construction observation, submittals, RFIs, contract management
• Project Management – client and consultant management, general project administration
• Consultant Services – independent document review or other miscellaneous needs

Although I am based in Germany, technology allows me to pursue opportunities anywhere in the world by working virtually.
