This private residence located along the Hudson River is a deep-energy-retrofit renovation project applying the Passive House Standard.  It is on track to become the first Passive House - Net Zero residence in Cold Spring, New York.  Along with its energy performance upgrades, the house underwent a significant facelift utilizing locally harvested hemlock with torched finish and standing seam metal roofing.
