The client wanted two villas on this plot - one for himself and one for his mother. Each villa had its own space requirements while they wanted to share the entrance and utility spaces. They needed a common swimming pool, gym and a staff block for 6 staff members.

He needed both the houses to be entered from the same level and be connected through passages. For his mother’s villa, he wanted it to be designed keeping in mind that she might need a wheelchair and a nurse in the near future.
