This house sits on a beautiful site facing the clam pond. The enlargement and renovation project added a new master suite and updated finishes throughout the home. The kitchen and wet bar were redesigned and modernized. A new staircase and railing visually connect the two floors and give the entry vestibule a fresh look. Finishes and fixtures were replaced in all of the bathrooms, including lively tiles from Morocco. The covered patio became bright and airy taking full advantage of the gorgeous views.
