As part of the new challenges the company is facing, and due to the construction industry demanding better-coordinated projects, the need for an efficient BIM Workflow is now a must.
During my time, I was responsible for the direction of the BIM department, in order to plan the strategy that will allow the company to move forward with the construction requirements and increase our design performance and productivity.
