• New 11 units Townhouse Complex @ 7th Avenue and 23rd Street, Brooklyn, NY
• Manage design development and construction document, coordination with owner, BSA set, managed approval and plan examination with DOB, DOT and Dept. of Parks and  from start to finish
• Managed approval and plan examination with Community Board 6 and 7 from DOB to assure that this project will preserve “Special Scenic View Districts,” a provision put in place to save the view corridor linking the Brooklyn Heights promenade and Lower Manhattan.
