Designed and implemented conservation/ restoration projects. Conducted every stage of the
design process, including schematics, budgeting, design, documentation and contractor services. Developed strategic proposals for the management of the Historic Center.
Prepared the annual report to UNESCO, including documentation for 400+ cultural monuments.
Supervised implementation of restoration work on the Iconographic Museum, Ethnographic Museum of Berat, and an 18th-century Ottoman bridge.

Prepared the technical part of the project. Researching on site and collecting documentation for more than 400 historic landmarks into the historic center of the Berat city.
Design of the restoration project of the seven historic landmarks.

Designed and implemented preservation work for the 6 landmarked buildings of the historical district.
Directed a team of 12 restoration specialists to support the maintenance process of the cultural monuments; supervised 400+ monuments, maintaining and restoring them according to UNESCO regulations.
Designed the project for restoration and revitalization of the city’s former market into a new shopping center.

Designed and developed the restoration and conservation project for the Gorica Bridge, the largest bridge in the city of Berat and a 1st-category monument.
Developed and managed a database of 145 landmarks for the National Register of Historic Places, with
detailed descriptions and photographs.
Designed a restoration project and supervised its implementation of a house in 1st-category historic building.

Redesigned the presentation of historic cities in the Ethnographic Pavilion, a part of the Historic Museum, with the support of UNDP; prepared 32.8-inch project design for presentation
