About 

As Sr. Designer at Max-Michelle Interiors, Reya brings over 6 years of expertise in the Hospitality and Tourism market. She has worked on a variety of projects from Hotels, Beach Clubs to Retail/Restaurants. Reya brings her creative flair and technical skills to seamlessly deliver the client’s vision to ensure the success of each project. Her list of accomplishments includes the Descanso Beach Club; complete with a state of the art ocean front venue, walk-up bar, cabanas and dessert shop. Island Spa Catalina, is a conversion of the historical El Encanto building that includes Indoor Treatment Rooms and Outdoor spaces. 

Reya believes that delivering creative, imaginative and innovative designs, provide guests a memorable and inspiring experience.

Reya received her M.A.I.D. from the New England School of Art & Design from Suffolk University, Boston Mass. in 2011.

· Drove design and execution for all properties under the Catalina Island Company umbrella; across all markets: hospitality, tourism, restaurant, retail, residential and other guest spaces.
· Hired and Managed design team responsibilities and project assignments; Three (3) Design Managers / (1) Intern.
· Developed and managed project schedules and budgets in collaboration with Project Managers.
