A family in Franklin, NY are looking to move away from their temporary double-wide and invest in a larger home for themselves, their children, and their in-laws. With the kids going to college nearby, the house must be a place they can live while at school.

Other than six bedrooms and an in-law suite, the family requested a large kitchen for entertaining and a private library with ample book storage and space.
