We harness the power of good design to positively impact communities.

We believe that Architecture design & project management services should be accessible to all homeowners. That’s why, as the only 501(c)-3 nonprofit, full service residential design studio in Portland, we offer clients discounted rates based on their income. By serving vulnerable and marginalized communities we aim to help neighborhoods retain long-term residents and resist predatory developers.

By addressing issues of weatherization, life-safety, structural integrity, and code compliance; we stabilize communities and help prevent displacement due to gentrification. With funding from the American Rescue Plan we are working in conjunction with the City of Portland to administer over 1 Million dollars to address the housing repair needs of our most vulnerable citizens.

We also produce community service and education events like "Pop-Up Permit Counters" and weekend workshops
