Located just one block from Gulf of Mexico ocean, we built this home. With Sater Group, Darren Sumner designed this masterful classic Italian Villa for husband and wife client. The clients owned another home nearby but wanted this rectilinear tract of land to plan a larger estate. The outcome is shown below.
