REID is an architecture firm whose works enhance human experience of the built environment through focus on expressive details, material selection, and unique connections to site. This work creates new structures and sensitive interventions to augment program, form, and user interface. Creative solutions are forged by the specific challenges to meet the needs of each project in close collaboration with clients and the assembled project team. The creative environment of the practice is a reflection of an academic studio environment and influenced by an experience of teaching in schools of architecture. Practical experience that was gained through large project planning and the careful implementation and execution of those projects support organization, administration, and discipline.

Reid Freeman A.I.A. is the founder of REID Architecture PLLC with over 30 years of experience in the field of architecture and work in the public realm. His practice places value on close collaborations with clients, fabricators, and the project team. The work is informed by his teaching in design and building technology and influenced by his background in studio arts and photography.
