This project is a banquet conference center feasibility study for Piedmont Technical College. My involvement in the project was getting the schematic design ready to present to the client and making edits based on the client's feedback. There is an existing Pre-Engineered metal building that we were connecting to. I created the floor plan based on the client's needs as well as different layouts of how the banquet space could be used.
