Redshift Architecture & Art was established in 2006 as a studio for the exploration of architectural, urban and public art projects.

Directors Michael Lewarne and Angelo Korsanos have over 40 years collective experience in the fields of architecture and art practice, acquired through an extensive range of projects of diverse scale, character and type.

Redshift aspire to sensitivity and simplicity in their work. Each place and programme is evaluated against a wide range of possible approaches, responses and scenarios, to build an understanding of each project’s intrinsic potential.

This insight becomes a platform for investigation into the layered complexities of public versus private space; programmatic rigour versus poetic nuance, and the temporal richness of light, movement and purpose.
