Eastland Avenue, Pelham, NY. Renovation and addition to 1930's Colonial including a new kitchen wing, bathrooms and exterior renovation, $450,000 budget. Completed February 2019.
110 East 57th Street, New York City, 1230 S.F., $390,000 budget. Renovation of a three-bedroom apartment in a post-war building. Completed September 2018
1158 Fifth Avenue, New York City, 1800 S.F., $1,200,000 budget. Renovation of a four-bedroom apartment in a landmarked pre-war building. Completed November 2018.
