Russell and Dawson provided integrated architecture,
engineering and construction (AEC) services for the new
development of the Fairfield Inn & Suites Hotel located in
Williamstown, MA. It comprises of 95 rooms built over
two-acre land with all modern luxurious amenities as per
the brand specification of Marriott Hotel franchise.
The three-story brick building of this hotel is designed to
resonate with the architecture of Williamstown. Hotel’s
red brick building echoes with the architecture of North
Berkshire’s historic mills.
Russell and Dawson was assigned with the task of full
development of the hotel from design till construction
with the demolition of the existing office building. Other
additions in the hotel include 585 SQFT conference room,
a fitness pool with Jacuzzi, a fitness room and a patio at the
back.
