Every town needs a drive motor qualities, something that makes people who live there want to feel part of it and also visitors from other places and foreigners wishing to visit. To accomplish this, I propose a promenade all along the avenue Spain, this walk will be divided in sections that contain spaces inside and recreational activities for the area.

The sections are created from major streets that connect neighborhoods with Avenida Spain, vertically, is made ​​in this way for the population to reach the edge more easily and without interruption. Some activities will have the ride are recreational fishing, skate park, bike carnival which will be held on weekends, unacicló path inside the ride, and have a place of restaurants, various sales kiosks, bars, area diving, dock and more.

The promenade will have a public transport service that everyone can use, no matter who has mobility problems or other limiting. On the ride mobility will not be a problem as it seeks to bring the services and work of people in the area so that neighborhoods are kept in constant motion and people can come to different sites without the need to use your own car, also reduces costs because people will not need
travel long distances to buy something.

Also the same area may have more peace of mind that the constant flow of people helps reduce burglaries and dead zones in the cities. alsohave a good signal for transit and orientation of people, another plus that owns the project is that people have a place to relax and enjoy the environment and landscape in weekdays.
