Raquel Marques is Co-Founder & Director of Architecture for MARQUES & JORDY. She is a Portuguese architect and urban designer based in London. Her designs aim to improve the relationship between society and the environment thus contributing to a better future.
Raquel graduated with a Degree in Architecture from Portugal and holds an MSc in Urban Design from the prestigious Bartlett School of Architecture at the University College of London, UK. She has a broad range of experience in large urban design schemes having worked on a number of major mixed use projects across Europe, Russia and the Middle East. During her professional experience, she worked with and alongside internationally renowned firms such as Skidmore Owings & Merrill and Foster & Partners, on urban design, mixed-use regeneration schemes and architecture projects ranging from retail, commercial, residential and hospitality, including high rise buildings.
