Phase 1 of the Brookyln Winery was to locate a space
large enough which would allow the production of wine.
Along with a space to create a new environment in
Williamsburg for locals to enjoy a nice glass of wine.

Responibilities included researching New York City
Zoning Resolution, researching 1968 and 2008
New York City Building Code, and the deisgn of a
funtional layout.
