The monastery of Our Lady is an old building from 11th century located in the capital city of Saxony-Anhalt,Magdeburg, which currently houses a contemporary arts museum.

The design proposal is responding to the need to expand the existing space, finding a balance between the respect to the old building, while at the same time creates a piece of contemporary architecture.
