Fine Arts Complex and future home of the Brazilian Symphonic Orchestra. The project was developed for the city of Rio de Janeiro  with Christian de Portzamparc as the Chief Designer, the project consists of a an Opera House for 2500 people, and all required support rooms, rehearsal rooms, classrooms, Small Concert Chamber for 800 people, theater and restaurants.
