Professionally, I am interested in environmentally sustainable and affordable design, gaining experience in design-build projects and building my project management and leadership experience. I am highly detail-oriented, and pride myself on my strong written and verbal communication abilities, as well as my ability to bridge between the creative and technical aspects of architectural design.

Project management of all phases of a variety architectural projects including a new, ground-up, 154 key independent boutique hotel in Denver, Colorado (currently under construction) and tenant improvement projects in historic buildings in Downtown Denver.

Responsibilities include all aspects of design, documentation and consultant coordination of projects from concept design through permitting and construction.

Collaboration on major office standards overhaul project, including extensive research and adaptation of National CAD standards and best practices.

Management of all phases of architectural projects including Pre-design, Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents, Bidding, Permitting and Construction Administration in New York City and Palm Beach, Florida. Emphasis on major facade and structural restoration projects and building envelope alterations. Project coordination and communication. Client development including new client interviews. Intern and staff architect supervision. Pipe and swing-stage scaffold certifi cations.

Design team member for new 11,000 SF institutional building. Produced process and presentation models, drawings and diagrams. Team member on architectural competition for exhibition hall in Fujian, China. Received training in Revit 2011.

Team member on architectural competitions. Prepared complete Schematic Design drawing set for new 60,000 SF mixed use building. Produced drawings, models and renderings for presentation, exhibition, research and development.
