The tech center is located near the Eastern entrance to Iasi, in the former industrial part of the city. The site is structured as a natural landscape that blends with the hills of Iasi, the site will be a beacon for the expanding IT industry of the city. The urban space created will contain a central park, class A office spaces, conference center, R&D, exhibition spaces for public art and events, a library, showrooms and retail spaces along with hotel and retail facilities.
