Initiated, conceptualized, and executed creative and responsive, budget-conscious design solutions to reinforce and elevate the firm's design goals while meeting client expectations.
Involved in spacial planning, drafting, 3D development, architectural articulation, and material specs for a range of multifamily projects (affordable, market-rate and mixed use), as well as student housing and hospitality. Have extensive experience in doing quick code compliant feasibility studies and SD sets of projects ranging anywhere between 50-1200 Units organizedas various building typologies like Wrap, Podium, walk ups, lofts, Duplex/Triplex and student dorms. Was engaged in several mid rise and a few high rise projects to take from initial design concepts to DD stage with my role often extending to CD’s to ensure the preservation of original design intent through close collaboration with the production team.
Put together RFP’s, RFQs, Plan check review, priliminary design submittal and entitlement sets with rigorous design coordination with a myriad of stakeholders like land use attorneys, MEP and structure engineers, landscape and lighting consultants as well as the client to ensure alignment with project goals and deadlines. Also helped in streamlining company’s, standards and graphics and making an extensive unit plan library for the whole firm’s use.
