Analyzed the developed design and created working construction documents for the JEDCO office building, which involved wall sections, details, roof details for the buildings, signage and elevator along with partition types.
This building was constructed with the Autoclaved Aerated Concrete System which was composed of the three separate buildings (Executive, Finance and Incubator) that were joined by a central plaza. Due to the poor soil condition on the selected site, the buildings were elevated six feet above ground level.
